Airline Discounts

Both Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines are offering discounts for flights to/from Spokane.

Alaska: Book your flight on www.alaskaair.com and add the WSSDA discount ECMQ320 to receive a 7% discount off published rates. You may also make your reservation through the Group Reservations Desk at 800-445-4435 ($15 service charge applies for phone reservations). This discount is valid for travel between November 15 – 25, 2026 to/from any US airport except Hawaii and Alaska. Blackout dates on November 20, 21, 22, 24, 25 are due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

The discount is valid for travel from November 14 through November 24, 2026.

Driving & Parking

For individuals driving in each day, please visit the map and directions for parking at the Spokane Convention Center. Daily parking is a max of $16 with hourly parking at $2.00/hour for the first hour and $.50 for each additional 30 minutes (no in/out privileges, pricing subject to change). The parking garage is directly underneath the Spokane Convention Center. There is also ample metered street parking near the convention center.

Lodging for Annual Conference

We look forward to being back in Spokane and staying with our loyal hotel partners – The Davenport Grand and the DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City Center! WSSDA has negotiated great room rates for conference attendees. Both hotels are connected to the Spokane Convention Center by a sky bridge, making your walk to the conference convenient and warm. Be sure to book early!

REGISTRATION FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS THE FIRST STEP TO BOOKING A ROOM

As you complete the online registration, links for booking conference-rate hotel rooms will appear in your confirmation email. All rooms must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking.

After the group rate cut-off date, reservations are on a space-available basis, and the special conference rate is at the discretion of the hotel.

Payment Info

Paying by credit card at Davenport Hotel

• A School District Procurement ‘P’ Card or personal credit card is needed to book a room.
• No payment will be charged, prior to your arrival, to the credit card used to make your reservation. However, if you are a “no-show,” or cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the card used to book the room will be charged one night’s stay.
• If you are paying by credit card, but the cardholder will not be onsite for the conference, please contact the hotel for a credit card authorization form and send back with completed information prior to your arrival.

Paying by credit card at DoubleTree Hotel

• A School District Procurement ‘P’ Card or personal credit card is needed to book a room.
• No payment will be charged, prior to your arrival, to the credit card used to make your reservation. However, if you are a “no show,” or cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the card used to book the room will be charged one night’s stay.
• If you are paying by credit card, but the cardholder will not be onsite for the conference, please contact Alexandra Woodfork at 509-744-2327 to receive a link through Sertifi.

Paying by check

Your district may use a business check to prepay hotel rooms, up to 4 weeks prior to the conference—by Wednesday, October 21. Hotels can allocate monies from a single check to multiple reservations should your school district prefer to send in one check for several attendees.

Be sure to include the following information on all check payments:

• 2026 WSSDA Annual Conference
• First & last name the reservation(s) are held under
• Confirmation number(s)
• Arrival and departure date(s)
• School district, state agency or business name

Paying by Purchase Order

Purchase orders must be received 14 days prior to arrival and include guest names and confirmation numbers.
